I tend to gravitate toward locally-owned neighborhood coffee shops and don't often visit Starbucks, but occasionally I stop at this location because it's near my office. I have noticed that the employees who work there tend to stay on for years--a good sign. Service is always prompt and friendly and the baristas remember my name even if months go by between visits. My colleague who sometimes grabs a 5:45 AM latte on her way to the office has commented that the folks there are chipper without fail, even at that hour. The store is neat and clean. There's plenty of seating, including a couple of comfy, high backed chairs that are perfect for lingering with friends and a large table with electrical outlets where you can spread out your work if you are there for business purposes (free WiFi is available). There are a lot of smaller cafe tables, all near windows, and a few outside seats too. They have the standard selection of pastries, hot breakfast sandwiches and carryout lunch items. I don't go there often enough to keep up with the changing drink menu, but the baristas are happy to make recommendations or even prepare something that's no longer on the menu (such as the holiday beverages that change seasonally) if they still have the ingredients on hand. Recently I met a friend there for coffee and we got carried away chatting, not realizing that the store had closed. We apologized when we saw the guy starting to sweep up and began to gather our belongings to leave. Surprisingly, he told us we were welcome to stay and finish our drinks, since he would be there for a while yet. Really nice! This Starbucks is located in a business district so they close at 6PM weekdays and are not open on weekends.

Best Starbucks staff I've ever experienced...and I've been to a bazillion different Starbucks.

I was in town for work for two weeks and came here every morning M-F. What I liked about this one is that it was very clear there is a regular crowd here- and the Baristas really made an effort to learn my name. Towards the end of my stay they pretty much had it down.

I have been to many Starbucks and I have to say this location has the most friendly staff of all. It was a busy morning and the line was long. The staff was extra nice to everyone. This doesn't really happen at every single Starbucks location. One of the female staff with short blonde hair made sure to fully acknowledge and greet a young boy who came here with his mom and wanted his bagel. Super adorable! My only minor complainant is that I ordered a cold beverage. Normally I don't always order whip cream to go with it. But I think they were busy and the staff who assisted me forgot to ask my preferences. When I got the drink, it came with whip cream. I was ok with it. What's better than my iced beverage that comes with whip cream in 100 degrees weather in the land of no tax? They don't have bathroom on site. You have to exit the Starbucks and find the bathrooms behind the Starbucks.
